Production Supervisor - Meat/Food Industry

Requirements:

• Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in meat processing or a related food production environment.
• Familiarity with production equipment and machinery in a meat processing facility.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production software systems.
• Skills and Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP).
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
