Develop and implement production schedules.
Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency.
Supervise production staff and provide training as needed.
Ensure product quality standards are met.
Implement and maintain production safety protocols.
Overseeing daily operations within the department and implementing strategic plans.
Acting as a lead on process and procedure improvements.
Creating a safe work environment.
Count cash at the end of the shift and manage bank deposits.
Train and integrate new workers.
Resolve Conflicts between colleagues.
Ensure that daily production goals or targets are met.
Manage daily schedules, employee shifts, and time-off requests.
Assign duties to employees and oversee their progress.
Assisting in budget preparation and expense management.
Evaluating team performance and developing improvement plans.
Previous experience as a Supervisor or similar role.
Full understanding of industry safety standards.
Comprehensive knowledge of basic software, such as Word and Excel.
Ability to multitask.
Leadership and conflict-management skills.
Matric.
Production-related postgraduate qualification.
Food Manufacturing experience is a must.
Ensure that daily sales/production goals are met.
