We're hiring: Production Supervisor An established agricultural manufacturing operation is looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Production Supervisor to oversee the production of speciality liquid and powder fertilizers, adjuvants, insecticides, fungicides, and suspension concentrates. ?? ?? Oversee ordering, stock management, and quality testing of raw materials
?? Supervise production processes in line with SOPs and formulation requirements
?? Ensure product quality, plant maintenance, and optimal performance of equipment
?? Lead and train factory staff, manage daily tasks, and maintain high housekeeping standards
?? Liaise with chemists, managers, logistics, suppliers, and HR to ensure seamless operations
?? Keep all admin, reporting, and compliance documentation up to date
? Experience in production supervision or factory operations (chemicals/agriculture advantageous)
? Strong problem-solving and people management skills
? Understanding of basic chemistry and industrial production processes
? Ability to stay hands-on, proactive, and adaptable in a seasonal environment
