Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all production activities related to corrosion protection processes.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality control, and production schedules.
- Manage, train, and evaluate production staff, ensuring high performance and compliance with company standards.
- Oversee the preparation and application of protective coatings, ensuring optimal protection against corrosion.
- Monitor inventory levels of materials and supplies, coordinating with procurement as necessary.
- Implement and maintain continuous improvement initiatives within the production process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Maintain detailed production records and generate reports for management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Production Supervisor in the corrosion protection industry.
- Strong knowledge of corrosion protection methods, coatings, and related equipment.
- Proven leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and production management software.
- A relevant technical qualification will be advantageous.

- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations within the corrosion protection industry.
