Production Supervisor at Sondor Industries

About the position

We are looking for a Production Supervisor with 5 years working experience in a similar environment at our POLYFOAM plant at our Head Office in Parow, Cape Town.

You will Supervise the Polyfoam plant on a shift basis so as to ensure that maximum productivity output and quality is achieved per shift.

Duties:

• You will plan, organise, lead and control the Polyfoam production plant
• Supervision of production processes and meet deadlines
• Ensure optimal resource usage
• Apply Health and Safety rules and regulations
• Train operators on SOP's and dept. rules
• Other: Exposure to lean thinking/and or world class production

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12/ or NQF L3 or equivalent.
• B Tech Operations Mgt/or NQF L5 qualification

NB - Must be willing and able to work shifts
