Production Supervisor-Animal Feed

About the position

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within a production facility, preferably in the animal feed industry. The ideal candidate will hold a National Senior Certificate (or NQF 4 equivalent), possess strong operational coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills, and have knowledge of ISO standards.

Key responsibilities include
Ensuring safe, efficient feed production
Maintaining product quality
Analyzing production data
Implementing continuous improvements to drive profitability.
A valid RSA driver's license and own transport are require

• National Senior Certificate or equivalent to NQF 4.
• 5 Years experience in a management role within a production facility
• Valid RSA driver's license with own transport
• Knowledge and experience in animal feed industry

• Knowledge regarding ISO standard

• Ensure the safe operations of producing feed products while meeting quality and customer requirement

• Review product quality and modify production to maintain and enhance the profitable operation of the division
• Analyze the production data and ensure implementation of improvement delivering production efficiency
