Production - Shift Supervisor
FMCG, Manufacturing OR Paper & Pulp Industry
National Diploma OR NQF Level 6:
   Mechanical/Elect Engineering
   Operations Management OR Production
   Management
   Industrial Engineering
Minimum 5 Years' experience in a Manufacturing/FMCG or
   Paper & Pulp environment
* Computer Literate

Responsibilities:

• Oversee Production Processes and ensure adherence to Quality Standards
• Supervise a team of Production workers and provide guidance and support
• Monitor Production output and address any issues that may impact efficiency
• Collaborate with other Departments to optimize Production schedules
• Implement and maintain safety protocols in the Production area
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency
• CLEAN CRIMINAL RECORD - will be verified
