PRODUCTION MANAGER with experience in Flexographic(Flexo) Printing experience - An Advantage, but Not Mandatory
Manufacturing OR Industrial environment experience
Midrand/Kempton Park area, Gauteng
PRODUCTION MANAGER
Diploma in Engineering (Mech, Industrial, Elect) or Related
Field
Minimum 5 Years' experience in Production Management
within a Manufacturing or Industrial Environment
Flexographic (Flexo) Printing experience is an Advantage
but not Mandatory
Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or Safety
Management
Leadership experience in Supervising Production Teams
Strong understanding of Production Processes, Equipment &
Quality requirements
Ability to work in a 24/7 Operational Environment, including
Shifts, Weekends or On-call Support
Job Duties:
Plan, Organize & Control Daily Production Operations
Monitor Production Schedules to meet Targets
Implement & enforce Quality Standards
Manage Production Costs, including Labor, Materials &
Waste
Health & Safety, Environmental & Quality Standards
