About the position

A dynamic manufacturing company based in JHB is looking to employ a Production Manager with 3-5 years’ experience working in a similar role
Minimum Requirements

  • Matric
  • Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transport
  • Candidate must be an experience Production Supervisor / Manager
  • Must have some knowledge of machinery
  • Must show initiative
  • To ensure that only good blanks are used in the manufacturing process.
  • To ensure that products are produced to technical specifications and quality standards
  • Manager has the responsibility and authority to stop the production process should there be any deviation from these standards.
  • To ensure that operators and foremans are working efficiently and are achieving production output standards.
  • To ensure that operators are trained and working to their respective work instructions.
  • To maintain records as required by management to demonstrate proper control.
  • To ensure that machinery is operating correctly.
