About the position
Our client in the Food Industry is looking for a Production Manager. To ensure that procedures are followed to guarantee the final product and meets all requirements production process control.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Staff control and management;
- Responsible for the effective functioning and production quality
- Coordination of the different departments work;
- Controlling the Production Documents;
- Controlling the Production staff documents for additional work validation and for service communication; and the sending of those documents to the Human Resources department;
- Be part of the daily organoleptic tasting of the products;
- Monitoring Industrial Tests;
- Monitoring of CCP’s
- Increase / enhance improvements in productivity / production efficiency;
- Control of line information boards / control of daily production efficiency;
- Participation in the preparation of the annual budget;
- Participation in the weekly analysis of the production efficiency reporting;
- Participation in the quarterly analysis of the factory's budget deviation, and assessment of its performance;
- Should ensure compliance of the OPRP’S and PRP’S throughout the facility;
- Member of the HACCP Team;
- Receiving invoices;
- Planning production;
- Incorporation of reprocessable products;
- Monitoring Industrial Tests;
- Treating urgent orders;
- Providing feedback to R&D regarding the product control panels;
- Validating raw materials, temperatures, and flows of industrial tests;
- Participating in projects of continuous improvement;
- Follow Company policies and procedures;
- Carry out any related instruction from Management.
QFS & ENVIRONMENT RESPONSABILITIES
- Ensures Cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness of the workplace;
- Knowledge of the BRC Principles;
- Knowledge of PPRO
S and PPRS
REQUIREMENTS
- Qualifications (Set of qualifications required for the holder to achieve the expected performance
- Minimum 3 years of experience, in similar roles
- HACCP (preferable)
