About the position

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 or NQF level 4
• Diploma in Production Management advantageous
• 4 Years’ experience in line management

Responsibilities

• Manage, lead and control a group of Polyproppers, Frame Makers, Pickers, Runners and General Workers
• Ensure that all employees are exposed to a healthy and safe working environment
• Ensure that the units produced are on target for each department and are of the correct quality standard
• Consequence management
• Contribute to the greater goal of the factory
• Daily meetings with planning as per the production meeting
• Weekly Supervisor meetings
• Audits of goods used in Production to determine minimum and maximum requirements per item daily
• Reporting of hourly figures and targets to Factory Manager
