What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it) You'll take full responsibility for the performance and wellbeing of the water treatment plant operations. Your role will involve providing technical and operational support to ensure efficient performance across all systems. You'll monitor plant health, lead process optimisation, implement improvements, and manage chemical stock and treatment costs. You'll also spearhead on-site process changes, contribute to project inputs, conduct risk assessments, and provide training to Process Controllers. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining compliance, managing incidents, and ensuring high standards of safety and quality. What you'll need You'll need a B.Eng or BTech in Chemical Engineering, along with 3-5 years of engineering or production experience, ideally in water treatment (especially in RO, UF, precipitation and clarification). A strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation principles is essential. You must be computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, database), possess a Code B driver's license, and have your own transport.
