About the position
The Production Engineer will be responsible for overseeing design, implementation and maintenance of production processes and systems for the boatyard to ensure efficient operation of all manufacuring processes. Duties will include the development and implementation of process control systems and processes to optimise the manufacturing process; troubleshooting and resolving process flow bottlenecks thereby optimising overall efficiency; engaging with production team and following up on new practices and processes to ensure achievement of required objectives.
