About the position
Are you a heavyweight in garment manufacturing who thrives on precision, automation, and large-scale operational excellence? Our client, a premier manufacturer of high-performance technical apparel, is seeking a powerhouse Production Director to spearhead their manufacturing operations in Laos.
This isn't just a role; it’s a mandate to lead. You will hold full accountability for four production units and a workforce of 1,500+ people, delivering world-class products across military, industrial laundry, medical, and technical PPE sectors. If you are a hands-on leader who believes that "if it isn't measured, it isn't managed," we want to talk to you.
Our client is an industry leader specializing in high-durability industrial workwear, partnering with world-renowned technical fabric suppliers to ensure durability meets efficiency. As Production Director, you will hold full accountability for end-to-end manufacturing performance across all assigned units.
This role is built for a strategist who isn't afraid to get onto the factory floor. You will drive a culture of data-driven decision-making, moving away from "opinion-based" management to a disciplined, high-accountability HOSHIN system.
