About the position
. Degreasing, cleaning and preparation of module shrouds for final assembly.
b. Preparation and feeding of module support rings to production tables.
c. Reworking of spent modules i.e. drilling out of epoxy casting, removal of ring structure and dismantling thereof and the soaking and cleaning of support rings.
d. Inspection of reclaimed support rings and batching it to be fed to production tables.
e. Degreasing, scouring and cleaning reclaimed aluminium shrouds and feeding it to production tables.
f. Preparation of finished modules for final performance testing and characterisation
g. Preservation of finished TRO modules and sticker coding it for transportation to client premises
h. Loading of modules for transportation.
i. Perform any other related duties required by his/her designated departmental manager.
