You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth flow of manufacturing and assembly jobs by handling administration and document control. Your day-to-day will include creating customer data packs, supporting the Production Manager with order processing, and liaising with the purchasing department. You'll work towards achieving set goals while upholding safety standards and contributing to a collaborative, efficient team environment.

You'll have a Technical Administration and Document Control qualification at NQF Level 5, along with at least 8 years of experience in production administration and document control. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Dynamics 365 is essential. Your ability to work under pressure, communicate effectively, and maintain a strong team dynamic will set you apart.
