Are you a results-driven sales professional with experience in the hospital and pharmaceutical industry? Our Pharma client seeks to employ a Product Specialist to drive sales, engage with Hospitals and Specialists, and exceed targets.

Requirements:
? Matric / Grade 12 (Bachelor's in Medical/Sciences is a plus)
? 3-5 years' pharmaceutical sales experience
? 3-5 years' experience in a hospital environment (customer networks & access)
? Proven success in specialty medical product sales
? Valid driver's license & strong computer literacy (MS Office)

Key Responsibilities:
?? Build and maintain relationships with Hospitals and Specialists
?? Exceed monthly sales targets and provide expert product knowledge
?? Identify new opportunities and expand the customer base
?? Monitor competitor activity and provide strategic feedback
?? Deliver in-service training (ISTs) and keep records up to date
?? Submit sales reports, call plans, and expense variance reports
