About our client:
Our client is a leading payments company dedicated to transforming the payment landscape by providing a risk-free and empowering payment solution. This position will suit an innovative strategist, someone who enjoys R&D and who enjoys being part of the winning team.
What you will be doing:
- Develop and execute a merchant-focused product roadmap aligned with business strategy.
- Manage and prioritise the product backlog to deliver valuable features addressing operational needs.
- Conduct research to identify B2B market pain points and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights and define product requirements.
- Translate feedback into user stories and ensure successful feature delivery.
- Monitor product performance and act as the voice of the merchant.
What our client is looking for:
- A relevant tertiary qualification would be beneficial.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner in a B2B or merchant-facing sector with a strong grasp of user workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to gather, prioritise, and translate merchant feedback into actionable product plans, including market analysis.
- Proficiency in managing product backlogs and creating clear user stories within agile frameworks.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders, including sales and support.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills for effective stakeholder alignment and data-driven decisions.
- Strong planning and organizational abilities to support successful product launches and balance immediate needs with long-term scalability.
