About the position
Our client, a global asset management company, is seeking a Product Owner to join their Digital Marketing team on a 14-month contract. They have deep roots in emerging markets and a strong focus on cultivating specialized investment teams. Their approach to active and sustainable investing offers a unique perspective in the field.
As an integral component of Global Marketing the Digital team that works across the full spectrum of digital disciplines to deliver content, campaigns, technology and reporting to support the business in its revenue and awareness raising efforts. The team works closely with stakeholders across investments, sales, and technology to deliver effective and innovative solutions and prides itself on being dynamic, focused and self-starting.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage Marketing Platforms across a broad range of Marketing functions
- Track and own the product roadmap in partnership with business stakeholders to deliver value by converting requirements into features
- Provide day to day oversight across all Marketing Platforms (excluding Web) to report back to Stakeholders
- Act as point of contact for all Marketing Platform SME’s for enhancement requests, troubleshooting and support, as well as BAU queries
- Facilitate daily stand ups, backlog refinement sessions and releases where applicable
- Coordinate and prioritise work across the various streams ensuring a well-organised user stories and clearly communicating what needs to be done by when
- Organise and run meetings to assign tasks across the different Platforms in Marketing with the available resource
- Manage vendors, including third-party project planning and execution (professional services)
- Budget and invoice management
Requirements:
- Must have at least 5 to 10 years relevant working experience
- Have exposure to platforms such as Seismic, Loopio, Devbox, etc.
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrable understanding of sales and marketing technology, including (but not limited to) content management, marketing distribution, integration, automation, and CRM
- A hands-on, can-do approach to work
- Knowledge of Agile development methodology
- Passion for technology as an enablement tool
- Desire to work in global team, delivering across multiple platforms
- An ability to work autonomously in the pursuit of results
- Interest in the nascent power of AI
