About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to connect product, marketing, and sales — driving strategies that grow market share, increase revenue, and position our products for success.
This is a highly collaborative role where you will lead a team, shape product messaging, and take ownership of how our offerings are brought to market.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Go-to-Market
- Develop and execute product marketing strategies and plans
- Understand customer needs, buying behaviours, and market trends
- Define product positioning and messaging that resonates
- Lead product launches and go-to-market initiatives
- Monitor performance and optimise campaigns for impact
Collaboration & Enablement
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams
- Equip sales teams with tools, insights, and training
- Act as the internal product expert and brand ambassador
Leadership
- Lead and develop a high-performing Product Marketing Team
- Drive collaboration, performance, and continuous improvement
Growth & Analytics
- Identify new revenue opportunities and market segments
- Analyse customer journeys and campaign performance
- Deliver clear insights and reporting to support decision-making
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing or related field
- Experience in Marketing, Brand, Communications, or Sales
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical mindset
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and digital platforms
