About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to take ownership of our retail product portfolio, driving product strategy, development, commercialization, and go-to-market execution. The role focuses on residential fibre and digital products, ensuring strong customer growth, retention, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the retail product roadmap.
- Lead the full product lifecycle from concept through launch and optimization.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Define pricing, packaging, promotions, and commercial strategies.
- Build business cases and manage product profitability (P&L).
- Drive go-to-market initiatives across digital and commercial channels.
- Collaborate with technology, operations, marketing, finance, and sales teams.
- Monitor product performance and use data-driven insights to improve customer experience and business outcomes.
- Manage customer retention, loyalty, and digital engagement initiatives
RequirementsMinimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Product Management.
- Proven experience managing products from ideation through commercial launch.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing, financial modelling, and product profitability.
- Experience working with digital channels, including websites, apps, and CRM platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Advantageous Experience
- Telecommunications, ISP, fibre, or broadband industry experience.
- Experience with customer loyalty, rewards, retention, or digital wallet products.
- Postgraduate qualification (Honours, MBA, or equivalent).
- Product Management certification (AIPMM, Pragmatic Institute, or similar).
