We're on the hunt for a seasoned and spirited Product Manager who doesn’t just manage products, but lives and breathes innovation. This is your chance to own the roadmap and drive lending products that are smart, scalable, and seriously game-changing.
 
What You'll Be Rocking:

  • Setting the strategic direction for our lending product suite like a boss 
  • Leading cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle—from ideation to post-launch fireworks 
  • Creating lending solutions that excite customers and executives
  • Championing Agile, championing data, and championing product greatness
  • Collaborating across marketing, compliance, finance, risk, and tech—yep, you’re that integral
What You’re Bringing to the Table:
  • A Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or something equally smart 
  • 5+ years in product management, with at least 2 years leading the charge
  • A track record of successful lending product launches that turned heads
  • Deep understanding of financial services and lending practices
  • International market exposure? Big bonus points
  • Agile, data-driven, and compliance-savvy
  • Exceptional communicator and stakeholder whisperer
  • Fluent in BI tools and a wizard with data analysis
Bonus Points If You:
  • Know the ins and outs of governance, risk, and compliance in lending
  • Can balance big-picture vision with small-detail execution
  • Have a sixth sense for what customers really want
