In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Lending Propositions to assist in the development, management, and optimization of lending products and services.
Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor''''s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in product management, fintech, banking, or related industries
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality products and services to customers.
• Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and product management tools are a plus.
