What You'll Be Rocking:
- Setting the strategic direction for our lending product suite like a boss
- Leading cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle-from ideation to post-launch fireworks
- Creating lending solutions that excite customers and executives
- Championing Agile, championing data, and championing product greatness
- Collaborating across marketing, compliance, finance, risk, and tech-yep, you're that integral
What You're Bringing to the Table:
- A Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or something equally smart
- 5+ years in product management, with at least 2 years leading the charge
- A track record of successful lending product launches that turned heads
- Deep understanding of financial services and lending practices
- International market exposure? Big bonus points
- Agile, data-driven, and compliance-savvy
- Exceptional communicator and stakeholder whisperer
- Fluent in BI tools and a wizard with data analysis
Bonus Points If You:
- Know the ins and outs of governance, risk, and compliance in lending
- Can balance big-picture vision with small-detail execution
- Have a sixth sense for what customers really want
