About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager: Enterprise to take ownership of our Enterprise and Business product portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining product strategy, managing the full product lifecycle, driving commercial success, and ensuring profitable growth across enterprise technology solutions.
The portfolio includes Connectivity, SD-WAN, Cybersecurity, Unified Communications, and Managed Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the Enterprise product roadmap.
- Define product packaging, pricing frameworks, and commercial strategies.
- Build business cases for new product initiatives.
- Own the full product lifecycle from concept through to retirement.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Manage product profitability, margins, and pricing governance.
- Support sales teams through product training, sales playbooks, and value propositions.
- Monitor product performance and implement optimisation strategies.
- Collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.

RequirementsMinimum Requirements
- Minimum 8 years' Product Management experience within Telecommunications, IT, Managed Services, or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Connectivity and Network Solutions.
- Experience with commercial modelling, pricing, and profitability management.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into market-ready products.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
- Analytical and data-driven decision-making capability.
Advantageous
- Experience with SD-WAN, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Connectivity products.
- Product Management certification.
- Industry certifications in Networking or Cybersecurity.
