About the position

Our client a well known medical manufacturer is looking for a Product Manager / Clinical Application Specialist to join their team. Experience in product management or clinical application in the whole blood collection, platelet plasma apheresis, and therapeutics sector - this is essential.
This role is instrumental in driving product management, providing clinical application support, and ensuring the successful adoption of our products in the market.
Through expert guidance and support, the Specialist contributes to improved outcomes, ultimately making a significant impact in the healthcare sector.
The Product Manager/Clinical Application Specialist is required to have extensive knowledge in whole blood collection, platelet and plasma apheresis, and therapeutics.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or clinical application in the whole blood collection, platelet plasma apheresis, and therapeutics sector - this is essential.
Strong understanding of the blood collection and apheresis market, including industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Strong verbal communication skills & good interpersonal skills
Code 08 driver’s license
Excel and PowerPoint proficiency

Product Management:
Manage the lifecycle of products related to whole blood collection, platelet plasma apheresis, and therapeutics.
Develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product development and launch.

Clinical Application Support:
Provide clinical expertise and support to healthcare professionals / distributor regarding the use and benefits of our products.
Conduct training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations for customers and internal teams.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical and clinical issues related to product usage.
Develop educational materials and resources for end-users.
Customer Engagement and Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.
Act as a liaison between customers and the company to ensure their needs and concerns are addressed.

Customer Relationships:
Build and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned territory or market segment.
Schedule and conduct pre-arranged visits and training sessions for existing and potential customers.

Market Development:
Identify and target new market opportunities for product growth.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase product awareness and adoption.
Monitor market trends and adjust strategies as needed to maintain a competitive edge.

Product Knowledge and Training:
Stay informed about product applications, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trends by reading relevant literature and consulting with marketing and technical service departments.
Prepare and present training materials as needed

Compliance:
Attend allocated and required workshops and conferences.
Participate in weekly office meetings as needed.
Perform duties outside of regular working hours when necessary

Communication:
Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
Ensure communication is clear, unambiguous, and tailored to the target audience, using methods appropriate to the work context.
Develop and maintain business relationships with current customers
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.

Finance:
Drives product management and clinical application support, ultimately contributing to improved market penetration and revenue growth.
Manage the allocated expense budget.

Admin:
Maintain detailed records of all contacts and their details in Salesforce.
Compile monthly reports as needed.
Prepare weekly and monthly call plans in Salesforce.
Complete daily call reports in Salesforce.
