About the position
Our client, in the Credit industry, has an exciting opportunity available in their Product Portfolio Department for a Product Manager.
The Product Managers responsibility is to bridge the gap between cross-functional teams, guiding product development, and optimizing the product lifecycle from conception through to market success.
The Product Manager’s goal is to create innovative, user-centric solutions that drive growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Key Performance Areas
- Develop and Implement Vision, Goals and Measurement (Collaborative Process)
- Manages the Product Line (Including Backlog)
- Risk Mitigation
- Manage and Lead Business Analyst Team
- Stakeholder Management
Requirements
Qualifications
- Grade 12
- Relevant Diploma or Degree in IT or Business Administration
- Certified Product Owner (CPO) – Highly beneficial
Experience
- Minimum 5-years in a leadership role, plus 5 years’ previous experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
- Experience of software development processes and technologies.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
