Batchelor's Degree in Engineering, Paper Science/Technology,
Industrial Engineering, Material Science or Related field
Post Graduate Qualification (e.g. MSc MBA or Diploma in Pulp
& Paper - AN ADVANTAGE
Minimum 10 Years' experience in PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT,
R&D or TECHNICAL ROLE within FMCG/Manufacturing,
preferably Paper Products /Tissue OR Hygiene Goods
In-depth knowledge of TISSUE CONVERTING PROCESS
Experience in Cost or Management Accounting - AN
ADVANTAGE
Project Management Abilities, MPM, PRINCE2 or Agile Cert -
AN ADVATAGE
Excel & ERP Systems
Willingness to Travel occasionally to Suppliers or Production
Sites
Duties:

Ensuring Product Quality
* Strong background in Industrial Engineering and proven
experience in Product Development
