PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER with Industrial Engineering background
- FMCG Manufacturers, preferably Paper Products/Tissue or Hygiene Goods Industry experience-
Midrand/Kempton Park area
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER responsible for Leading the Product Development Process
Qualifications:
Batchelor's Degree in Engineering, Paper Science/Technology,
Industrial Eng, Material Science or Related Field
Postgraduate Qualifications (e.g. MSc MBA or Diploma in Pulp
& Paper an Advantage
Minimum 10-15 Years' experience in Product Development,
R&D or Technical Role within FMCG Manufacturers,
preferable in the Paper Products /Tissue or Hygiene Goods
In-depth knowledge of Tissue Converting Processes
Experience in Cost or Management Accounting - Huge
Advantage
Project Management Abilities: MPM, PRINCE2 or Agile
Certification - An Advantage
Excel & ERP Systems
Willingness to Travel occasionally to Suppliers or Production
Sites
