About the position
New Product Development Manager, Bryanston
Permanent opportunity; Hybrid; available due to growth and expansion of the team
Salary market related and negotiable
Position highlights include:
- Lead ops NPD vertical by effectively collaborating cross-functionally & by being the custodian for Ops NPD filters/ guidelines, for both ever-evolving new product pipeline testing & for ongoing marketing calendar towards an OTIF execution system-wide.
- Drive ops simplification in areas such as meat blocks, holding standards, F&P and associated process etc. for in-store execution towards ongoing drive of world class operations, 1 system.
- Own testing and sign-off for new/ existing/ modified equipment and manage roll-out process, including documentation for procedures & training together with other departments.
- Collaborate effectively on organizational strategic priorities that support delivery of achieving key business results.
- Champion Product quality & Customer centricity in everything
In order to be successful, you will require the following:
- Degree in Food Science/ Business Management or the likes
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in Restaurant/ Hospitality/ FMCG sector with hands on experience of store operations, franchise management etc.
- Extensive knowledge in QSR operations with deep orientation to systems & processes
- Manage workflow impacts effectively
- Hands on and the ability to stretch wide on multiple projects
- Must be able to lead discussions on innovative solutions, doing presentations
- Champion product quality and customer experience for perfect execution
