A leading education and training institution is looking for a Product Coordinator to support the end-to-end development, implementation, and quality assurance of accredited qualifications, short courses, skills programmes, and digital learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all SETA and QCTO accreditation processes including new applications, re-accreditations, and extensions of scope.
- Prepare and submit accreditation documentation aligned with ETQA requirements.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies (SETA, QCTO, SAQA) on queries, audits, and verification visits.
- Maintain accurate accreditation records and ensure delivery teams remain compliant.
- Support internal quality assurance and audit readiness.
- Collaborate on the design, review, and rollout of new and existing training products.
- Ensure content aligns with SAQA unit standards and industry needs.
- Maintain product catalogues and documentation version control.
- Conduct competitor analysis and assist with digital learning transformation.
- Coordinate product pilot rollouts and collect feedback for improvement.
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Curriculum Development, Project Management, or related field.
- Experience: 2–3 years in education/training product development or coordination, ideally within a SETA or QCTO framework.
