- A short content case study showing off your strategy, IA decisions, and outcomes.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in content strategy and product content writing for enterprise-scale web, mobile, and/or commerce portals.
- Demonstrable IA/structured content skills: taxonomy, schema, and component-based content models for PLP/PDP.
- Persuasive, conversion-oriented writing for product listings and detail pages—portfolio with before/after or A/B outcomes.
- Strong grasp of SEO for commerce (query intent, entity coverage, internal linking) and analytics-informed iteration.
- Experience collaborating in Agile product teams, managing backlogs, and meeting sprint commitments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to present content rationale using data and customer insights.
Duties:
- Set content strategy for PLP/PDP and category experiences across multiple brands/markets; define voice, tone, and evidence-based messaging frameworks that increase CTR, add-to-cart, and revenue per visit.
- Plan and orchestrate information architecture (taxonomy, facets, filters, naming, microcopy) to improve findability and reduce friction across web and app journeys.
- Write and edit at scale: compelling headlines, benefit-led bullets, specs, comparison modules, and guided selling microcopy for product discovery.
- Operationalise content: build reusable templates, content models, and governance (style guides, editorial checklists, QA) to drive consistency across markets.
- Partner with optimization & analytics: run A/B and multivariate tests (e.g., CTA language, above-the-fold modules) and use insights to iterate content for measurable lifts.
- Work in enterprise CMS & marketing stacks, ideally Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for content Modeling/authoring, Adobe Target for personalization/experiments, and Adob
- Campaign for cross-channel messaging coordination.
- Collaborate daily with UX/Product, Design, Merchandising, SEO, and Engineering to ship content on time to release trains/sprints.
