About the position
Vendor Admin Assistant required to support several business units.
- Matric/Grade 12/N3 Certificate
- Valid Driver's License
- Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics/Commercial
- Must have experience with due diligence
- Minimum 3 Years experience within the procurement environment
- Minimum 2 Years experience working with vendor registrations and compliance
- Must have excellent computer skills including MS Office
- Must have proven SAP experience
Desired Skills:
- Matric Certificate
- Valid Certification of Commercial Law
- Valid Drivers License
- SAP Experience is essential
- Must be computer literate on MS Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Teams and Outlook
- 2-3 Years experience in Procurement/Consulting or Related field will be advantageous
- In depth understanding of Vendor Management Related Matters
- Experience in vendor management in a mining environment/multi-cultural environment
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and the ability to engage stakeholders
- Familiarity or an ability to understand a variety of chain concepts/practices and procedures

- 5 to 10 years Purchasing & Procurement
