About the position
Hire Resolve’s Client is urgently looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to be based at a Mine in Mpumalanga!
Responsibilities:
- Lead procurement, logistics, and warehouse operations to meet DMRE targets and drive cost-effective supply solutions.
- Develop and implement purchasing and tender strategies to ensure value, quality, and timely delivery across critical materials and services.
- Oversee compliance in inventory management, stock control, and storage regulations, including legal certification for hazardous materials.
- Enhance ERP system use, reporting, and procurement processes to support continuous improvement and business performance.
- Build strong supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, manage risks, and guide a high-performing team to meet business objectives.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- National Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain Management and Logistics
- 10 years’ experience in a mining environment
