Procurement Administrator at Famous Brands

About the position

Introduction

This role requires an individual required to multi-task in the procurement team operationally by working with suppliers, supply chain and all other stakeholders to support the teams in ensuring supply of direct and indirect goods and services at the right timing, pricing, quality while ensuring correct processes are followed and all administrative and system requirements are completed correctly to ensure all round stakeholder satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Planning, Weekly pricing review, and administer weekly task list
• Administer Trade Agreements, contracts register, and ensure all contracts are renewed before expiry
• Collate and administer supplier KPI's

• Prepare for supplier cycles reviews, ensuring Procurement partners have all necessary documents and data for these meetings
• Along with the Procurement partner, maintain supplier action lists
• Assist with pricing reviews and forecasts
• Collate market and sales data for NFF and IDP meetings
• Administer Supplier Cycle meetings calendar and book meeting rooms.

Complete any other administrative tasks as directed by Procurement Exec

Desired Experience & Qualification

Formal Education

Procurement and/or Food related qualification

Experience

• At least 2 years' experience working in Purchasing/Procurement in FMCG environment
• Advanced Excel skills, able to work with data and drive pivot tables is advantageous
• Ability to collate data from various sources
