You're a driven and detail-oriented professional fluent in German, comfortable doing business in both English and German. You enjoy building relationships, finding savings, and collaborating across departments-from production and quality to accounting and warehousing. You're curious, commercially minded, and ready to take ownership of your domain. What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it) Supporting two sister companies, you'll handle technical procurement within the industrial project space and establish supplier agreements with German vendors. You'll conduct market analysis, identify strategic suppliers in refrigeration, cold storage, or food processing, and lead price and contract negotiations. From drafting vendor agreements to coordinating shipments, managing import duties and certifications, and maintaining ERP data-you'll own the full procurement lifecycle. Your efforts will directly impact operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness, building long-term value. Where you'll be doing it Our client is a specialist in industrial and technical solutions, operating in high-performance project environments. Collaboration, quality, and long-term partnerships are at the heart of their success. What you'll need Fluency or native-level German is non-negotiable. Ideally, you'll hold a qualification in procurement, supply chain, economics, or commerce, and bring a keen interest in international purchasing. Industry exposure to cold storage, food processing, or refrigeration is a plus. Familiarity with Incoterms, logistics, ERP systems, and European import compliance would be advantageous-but training will be provided for the right attitude.
