About the position
DBN000281 - Procurement & Inventory Supervisor (Manufacturing) - Boksburg
Purpose of the Job:
To ensure the uninterrupted flow of production materials while optimizing costs and maintaining accurate stock levels to avoid wastage, theft, or stock-outs
Required Qualifications:
- Matric
- Relevant tertiary qualification an advantage
- Min 10 years’ experience in procurement and inventory environment
- Product and application knowledge, including ability to read catalogues
- Driver’s license and own vehicle - essential
Technical Competencies & Experience:
- Sign off all Stock Journals
- Levy Submissions
- Check DC Warehousing Invoices
- Sales/Stock Reports – When requested
- DC Damaged stock – Investigate & Report
- Local Stock Procurement – All Branches
- Foreign Stock Procurement
- Approving daily IB Requests – All branches
- Stock Take
