About the position

DBN000281 - Procurement & Inventory Supervisor (Manufacturing) - Boksburg

Purpose of the Job:
To ensure the uninterrupted flow of production materials while optimizing costs and maintaining accurate stock levels to avoid wastage, theft, or stock-outs

Required Qualifications:


  • Matric
  • Relevant tertiary qualification an advantage
  • Min 10 years’ experience in procurement and inventory environment
  • Product and application knowledge, including ability to read catalogues
  • Driver’s license and own vehicle - essential

Technical Competencies & Experience:

  • Sign off all Stock Journals
  • Levy Submissions
  • Check DC Warehousing Invoices
  • Sales/Stock Reports – When requested
  • DC Damaged stock – Investigate & Report
  • Local Stock Procurement – All Branches
  • Foreign Stock Procurement
  • Approving daily IB Requests – All branches 
  • Stock Take
