Procurement & Finance Administrator

About the position

A leading supplier of high-quality cotton products, specialising in the global textile industry, is seeking an organised and detail orientated Finance Administrator to ensure accurate financial records and support smooth business operations. The position is based in Boksburg.
This role focuses on bookkeeping and financial administration, with light procurement and general office duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and process daily transactions
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Assist with reconciliations and month-end reporting
• Prepare and process supplier invoices and occasional purchase orders
• Support general office administration and filing
• Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding payments and documentation

Requirements:

• 3–5 years’ experience in finance or bookkeeping
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, Pastel, Xero)
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Basic procurement knowledge

Preferred:

• Experience in textile or manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with stock or inventory processes
• Afrikaans-speaking

The proposed salary for the role is R15k - R22k (Neg) per month. The offer will be market related aligned with qualifications, skills, and experience.
