About the position
Responsible to collaboratively define, review, maintain and improve business analysis/process engineering standards, practices, methods and techniques. Create and maintain and continuously improve a collection of company and industry-best practices for business analysis/process engineering and the creation of business analysis /process engineering artefacts, aligned to the gold standards. Conduct market research, benchmark and feasibility studies to continuously improve, and business analysis/process engineering skill sets.
Data Engineering or Data Science experience is advantageous
Critical and key requirements for this role include, but are not limited to:
System integration using different technologies
Data analytics and insights
Extensive reporting
Process engineering/analysis
SharePoint development
Business analysis experience
Experience with ARIS, Celonis, and any process mining tools
