About the position
Up to 5 years' relevant engineering experience as a Process Engineer
Strong experience in the Plant Process design
B Eng OR BSc Chemical Degree required
The role would be to provide a complete range of Process Engineering Services to the company,
To ensure that all the services provided are in time and according to industry and company standards, practices, and procedures
Also to identify ways and means of continuously improving the process engineering capabilities, capacity, and performance of the Company.
Key Performance Areas:
- Lead pre-feasibility and feasibility studies
- Compile project documentation and reports as may be required for the design, control, and operation of process plants
- Maintain good relationships with various stakeholders through effective communication
- Design calculations such as chemical mass balance
- Provide input in project meetings regarding requirements for the successful implementation of projects
- Provide the project team with relevant process engineering input when required
- Perform technical tenders bid adjudications and cost evaluations
- Adhere to SHEQ policies and procedures by being proactive in implementing and managing safety
- Travel to sites in various countries as required.
