About the position
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior BPM / Workflow Solutions Specialist to drive both strategic and tactical delivery across business process management initiatives. This role focuses on discovering, validating, documenting, and optimising business processes through modelling, simulation, and analysis of current and future states.
You will work on complex business problems, leveraging advanced technical expertise to design and implement workflow-driven solutions aligned to business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse, design, and optimise business processes using BPM methodologies
- Develop and maintain process models using BPMN and DMN standards
- Design scalable workflow solutions across enterprise platforms
- Model and deploy workflows using Camunda Modeler and integrate with custom user interfaces
- Implement event-driven architectures using Kafka/Confluent
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business and technical requirements
- Conduct functional and performance testing of workflow solutions
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for deployment automation
- Support data-driven decision automation and AI-enabled workflow optimisation
- Translate business requirements into technical workflow solutions
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in BPM (Business Process Management)
- Strong experience in BPMN and DMN modelling
- Proven ability to design and implement workflow solutions
Technical Skills & Experience
- IBM BPM / BAW
- Camunda 7 / Camunda 8
- Camunda Modeler & BPMN 2.0
- Kafka / Confluent (event-driven systems)
- Java (11 or higher)
- Spring Boot
- REST APIs & JSON
- Git version control
- CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred)
- Workflow integration with custom UI applications
