About the position

Our client is a leading global insurance business - privately owned, agile and growing fast, with operations spanning multiple continents and millions of policyholders worldwide. They are looking for a hands-on automation specialist who can spot inefficiency from a mile away and turn it into productivity gains the whole organisation feels.

DUTIES

  • Identify, evaluate and implement process improvement opportunities across the business
  • Design, build and maintain intelligent automation using Azure AI Foundry, Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions
  • Develop and sustain RPA solutions in UIPath and Power Automate
  • Assess feasibility - choosing the right solution: automation, hybrid, or process re-engineering
  • Govern deployed automations and ensure they stay healthy in production with minimal manual intervention
  • Partner with Product Owners and Project Managers to scope, prioritise and deliver projects
  • Drive change management, training, communications and operational handovers
  • Create and maintain knowledge articles and automation documentation
  • Stay ahead of emerging automation tools and bring fresh ideas to the table

Automation expertise

Hands-on experience with UIPath, Power Automate and Azure automation services in a production environment Process thinking

Skilled at process flow mapping, decomposing complexity and translating business needs into robust solutions

Stakeholder savvy

Confident communicating across all levels - from technical teams to senior business stakeholders Insurance knowledge

In-depth understanding of insurance business processes gives you a head start on Day 1

YOUR TECH STACK

Core requirements

  • Azure AI Foundry, Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions
  • UIPath and Power Automate / Power Platform
  • Microsoft Office Suite at advanced level (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Workflow-based logic and process documentation
