About the position
ENVIRONMENT:
Our client is seeking a fluent Arabic-speaking Process Architect with proven ServiceNow experience to join a dynamic, globally distributed team delivering enterprise-grade service management and digital transformation solutions. This is a fully remote opportunity, ideal for someone passionate about process design and platform alignment, and comfortable working across time zones and cultures.
DUTIES:
- Analyse, design, and optimise ITSM/ESM processes aligned with client needs and ITIL best practices
- Collaborate with Arabic-speaking stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate process changes effectively.
- Translate business goals into future-state workflows and ensure alignment with ServiceNow capabilities
- Create clear process documentation, models, and improvement roadmaps.
- Support implementation teams by ensuring process adherence, feasibility, and adoption.
- Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, and review sessions remotely.
REQUIREMENTS:
Core Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) and proficient in English
- 3–7+ years in a Process Architect, Business Analyst, or ITSM Consultant role
- Solid knowledge of ServiceNow, especially ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Request)
- Working knowledge of ITIL v3/v4 (certification preferred)
- Strong process design, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working in distributed or remote teams
Advantageous
- SAM or HAM
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-ITSM, etc.)
- Experience with additional modules: HRSD, CSM, Discovery, GRC
- Familiarity with process mapping tools (Lucidchart, Visio, BPMN)
- Experience with regional clients in the Middle East or North Africa
- Exposure to ISO/IEC 20000, COBIT, or similar frameworks
ATTRIBUTES:
- Confident working independently and across international clients
- Comfortable leading remote workshops in Arabic
- Combines analytical thinking with user empathy and business awareness
- Can bridge the gap between process vision and technical execution
