Key Focus Areas
- Analyse and refine financial and operational workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Identify, document, and manage system enhancements and configuration updates.
- Co-ordinate testing, user acceptance, and change control for new features or process updates.
- Conduct data reconciliations across multiple platforms and ensure reporting accuracy.
- Develop documentation, guides, and training materials for end-users and support teams.
- Represent your function in incident and problem management
- Champion process optimisation and continuous improvement.
Requirements (Qualifications, Experience and Skills) :
Qualifications required:
- Honours degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or similar.
- Postgraduate diploma or certifications in business or systems analysis, Oracle Cloud Finance, or Advanced Excel - advantageous.
Experience required:
- 5 to 10 years in functional or business systems analysis, ideally in complex data-driven environments.
- Proven experience with Oracle Cloud Finance (OCF) or equivalent ERP systems.
- Strong exposure to data reconciliation, configuration, and process mapping.
- Track record of cross-functional collaboration between business and IT teams.
- Experience with testing, releases, and integration projects is beneficial.
Skills required:
- Skilled in analysing cross-system data flows and identifying integration points.
- Strong with Excel, data validation, and error tracking.
- Excellent communicator with a knack for translating technical detail into practical insights.
- Analytical, proactive, and comfortable working in structured but fast-evolving settings.
