About the position
CORPORATE SERVICES - INFORMATION SYSTEM AND TECHNOLOGY
PRINCIPAL ERP ANALYST: RELEASE MANAGEMENT
TCOE SALARY COMMENCING FROM R1 071 429 TO R1 504 720 PER ANNUM - REF NO: CS 181/25
Requirements:
- Minimum relevant three-year tertiary qualification, preference will be given to candidates with a relevant B degree
- A minimum of seven (7) years' relevant experience of which two (2) years need to be at senior level
- In-depth understanding of a Release Manager and SAP Landscape.
Key performance areas:
- Develop and deliver business solutions for business requirements across functional streams to provide an expert resource service in meeting business needs
- Gather, research, interpret and analyse complex business requirements, and recommend solutions across ERP
- Ensure effective delivery of projects and programmes
- Participate in managing stakeholder relationships to ensure ongoing commitment of stakeholders
- Maintain and develop skills to meet the standards required by business regarding their needs
- Process service requests and provide user support
- Mentor and coach staff.
