Job Title: Pricing Manager - Mobile Pricing & Governance

Key Responsibilities
- Margin Management: Conduct predictive impact assessments of mobile pricing decisions, mitigate revenue leakage, and partner with business units to drive efficiencies.
- Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement pricing frameworks per segment, aligned with market dynamics, competition, and regulatory requirements.
- Analytics & Insights: Use data analytics, forecasting, and elasticity modelling to monitor pricing performance and provide actionable insights.
- Market Analysis: Assess customer segments, pricing trends, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
- Reporting & Governance: Provide regular reports, dashboards, and governance input for promotions, incentives, and trade partner agreements.
- Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing pricing team, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in financial and pricing management (telecoms or ICT industry experience is an advantage).
- Relevant BSc/BCom degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Econometrics, or Finance.
- Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Advanced SQL skills (essential).
- Strong commercial acumen and knowledge of telecoms industry value drivers.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, reporting, and communication skills.
