The Role: Pricing Analyst / Junior Underwriter
This hybrid role supports the underwriting team by preparing deals and conducting essential pre-underwriting tasks. It's ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional with a background in accounting or finance. You'll gain valuable experience in financial analysis, credit review, and company research, with a clear progression path into a full Underwriter role as the team grows.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the underwriting team in preparing deals for evaluation
- Conduct preliminary reviews of potential clients, including researching companies and analyzing credit reports
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to support the underwriting process
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient deal flow
- Stay updated on financial trends and industry developments to support decision-making
About You
- Degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
- 0-3 years of experience (internship or graduate experience welcomed)
- Strong academic background
- Excellent research and analytical abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data review
- Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills
- Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
