Position: Premium Sales Consultant (Advanced Image Restoration) Company: Global Leader in Advanced Hair Restoration (Recruiting via trp) Location: Sandton City, Johannesburg Salary: R15,000 – R20,000 basic (Negotiable based on experience) On-Target Earnings (OTE): R40,000 – R50,000 per month (uncapped commission structure)

We are exclusively seeking a sophisticated, empathetic, and highly professional Premium Sales Consultant to join our elite team at our Sandton City clinic.

This is a highly consultative and sensitive role. You won't just be selling; you'll be advising clients on deeply personal image matters, guiding them towards permanent solutions for hair loss, from advanced surgical procedures to non-surgical treatments. We are looking for an exceptional listener who can build genuine trust and facilitate life-changing decisions with grace and discretion.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

• Conduct confidential, in-depth consultations with high-profile and affluent prospective clients.
  
  
• Listen actively and empathetically to understand personal concerns and aesthetic goals (e.g., achieving natural-looking density and perfect hair line design).
  
  
• Build strong, enduring trust-based relationships vital for long-term medical and surgical service sales.
  
  
• Present and educate clients on a comprehensive range of advanced treatments, maintaining world-class, international brand standards.
  
  
• Ensure every client receives an exceptional, discreet, and first-class experience from start to finish.
  
  
• Consistently achieve and surpass ambitious sales targets through ethical, client-centric practices.
  
  

 

Ideal Candidate Profile

 

• Minimum 3 years of essential sales experience.
  
  
• Proven track record in an upmarket or luxury sales environment is highly preferred (e.g., prestige motor vehicles, high-end watches, fine jewellery, or premium aesthetic services).
  
  
• Impeccably groomed, professional, and articulate—you are the face of an international luxury brand.
  
  
• Possesses outstanding listening skills and a high degree of empathy required for dealing with sensitive, image-related concerns.
  
  
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build instant rapport with a discerning, affluent clientele.
  
  
• A mature, discreet, and results-focused professional approach.
