PR & Fundraising Manager to join the Pretoria-East Head Office of a well-established NPO. Minimum Requirements Overview of role Salary Bracket
8+ years marketing / PR / communications experience.
Strong leadership and teambuilding skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Afrikaans.
Donations: Grants, Fundraising campaign, Adoptions, Merchandise
Managing of the donor management team
Develop and implement strategic plans and goals for the organisation
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Manage the budget, targets and fundraising expenses
Coordinate and lead fundraising efforts, including grant writing and donor relations
Supervise, mentor, and support staff and volunteers
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including board members, donors, and community partners
Ensure the effective delivery of programs and services
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and initiatives
Develop and implement policies and procedures
Represent the organisation at events, meetings, and conferences
Prepare reports for the board of directors, trustees and other stakeholders
Collaborate with other organisations and agencies to advance the organisation's mission
Marketed related CTC , depending on experience, qualification(s) and current/previous salary
