About the position
As a PPT (Powered Pallet Truck) driver, your primary duties involve the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle to move goods within a warehouse or logistics environment, including loading, unloading, and transporting pallets, while adhering to safety protocols and company procedures
Key Responsibilities
- Working in an extremely busy and fast paced chilled environment
- Store received goods in the appropriate locations within the warehouse
- Reading labels and ensuring stock is distributed to the correct areas
- Order picking, packing, checking & labelling
- Stock Checking and rotating
- Working towards set daily productivity targets
- General warehouse duties
- You will be reporting directly into the shift and team managers.
- Operating a PPT (Ride-On Pallet Truck)
- Moving stock within a busy warehouse environment

About The Employer:
Our client based in Bellville South is looking to acquire an experienced Power Pallet Drivers (PPT) in one of their warehouse in Bellville South. The successful candidate should possesses the following skills and experience:
Minimum Requirements
- Ideally you will have warehouse / picking experience
- Grade 12 is essential
- Maximum 3 years experience working as a PPT Driver
- Warehouse environment
- Must be able to work shifts and also in Cold Storage environment
- Great attention to detail
- Reliable with a desire to succeed
- Target driven / motivated
- Good English communication
- Initiative and the ability to solve problems
- Able to work in a chilled environment
